We are pleased to offer the following two leadership programmes available to all schools as part of their school improvement journey. Secondary Leadership Network Created for Secondary Headteachers who enjoy collaborating and sharing ideas, the Secondary Leadership Network will provide an opportunity to visit high performing and rapidly improving schools nationally and to discuss and debate ways to improve schools with an understanding of the regional context. The Network will be of interest to Secondary Headteachers from all career stages, all secondary school types and all Ofsted ratings and is underpinned by the following principles:
We are delighted that the Network will be led by experienced Headteachers: Tim Harris (Colyton Grammar School - East Devon), Steve Margetts (Torquay Academy) and Tim Rutherford (West Exe School - Exeter). The programme will consist of at least six sessions with a blend of online and face-to-face events, linked, where possible, to other key meetings attended by Headteachers. Due to Lockdown 2.0 and the face-to-face element of this network, the first session is now due to commence in early 2021 in accordance with updated social distancing restrictions and will run until June 2021. The programme is FREE for TSSW Members and £95 per delegate for other colleagues. For more information contact us and please cite "Secondary Leadership Network" in the subject title. Schools Partnership Programme (SPP)

An established programme of schools since 2014 that builds capacity and capability through effective school self-review, peer review and school-to-school support.
